2. Eligibility and Accounts
You may browse the site freely. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your login credentials. You may not use another person's account without permission.
3. Products, Prices, and Orders
We sell physical jewelry. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including because of inventory, pricing, payment, fraud, or shipping issues. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout or on the product page. Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges may be the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Liriosandco pays approved return shipping costs. Contact contact@liriosandco.com before sending an item back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
6. Reviews and Comments
Reviews and comments may be submitted through the site. We review submissions before publication and may reject, edit, or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, unrelated, or infringing. You retain ownership of your content but grant Liriosandco LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it for operating and promoting the site.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the site to commit fraud, violate laws, interfere with the site, access accounts without permission, submit malicious code, or post content that infringes another person's rights.
