Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Liriosandco LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, contact contact@liriosandco.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send any product to the Liriosandco LLC address in Casper, Wyoming. After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and the address of the relevant fulfillment supplier, when applicable.

Please wait for our written instructions before shipping any item. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may be delayed or may not be accepted.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@liriosandco.com and include your order number and clear photographs.

3. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

4. Return Shipping

Liriosandco LLC pays approved return shipping costs. We will provide instructions for the applicable fulfillment supplier and return address after reviewing your request.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund.

6. International Orders

We offer worldwide shipping. Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges may be the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
